You retain ownership of the infrastructure, the data, and the instance. We handle the deployment and continue to provide support, updates, and enhancements throughout the first year. You receive a perpetual internal-use license that allows your organization to run and maintain the system indefinitely.

Procurement Support

If your procurement group isn't cool with simply swiping a card, or if you need us to interface directly with procurement or finance, this package covers it. We'll update our documentation to formally list your organization as a client (including named insurer forms if needed). We uphold serious standards, and our Rules of Engagement have been reviewed and accepted by industry leaders like Cargill, Cenovus, HF Sinclair, and others. If you can't simply review and accept our terms, this add-on is required.
InfoSec Engagement

Annual commitment required
If your cybersecurity team can't simply review and approve our InfoSec Package, or requires a custom questionnaire, live interviews, or deeper integration, this package covers it. Our InfoSec Package is solid, covering policies, data protection, hosting security, and more. If a more hands-on security onboarding is needed, we are committed to partnering seriously, but it requires this add-on.
